Açai coconut bars

Coconut bars with the delicious flavour of açai. What a perfect combination! And as icing on the cake, our delicious 72% Dark Belgian Chocolate! It can't get any better! 🩷😋
Ingredients
First layer
- 15 dates
- 3 tbsp oatmeal
- 50 ml maple syrup
- 100 ml coconut oil
- Vanilla extract
Açai coconut layer
- 250 grams coconut cream
- 35 gr pistachios, finely ground
- 85 gr walnuts, finely ground
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp açai powder
- 50 gr coconut milk
Topping
Let's get started!
- Finely grind all the ingredients of the bottom layer.
- Put into the mould and press with the rounded side of a spoon. If necessary, wet the spoon with water.
- Place in the freezer for a while.
- For the açai-coconut layer, heat the coconut cream and coconut oil with the maple syrup.
- Add some coconut milk to the mixture.
- Add ground pistachios, walnuts and açai powder and place in the freezer for an hour.
- Melt the dark chocolate au bain-marie and decorate the top layer.
