Let's get started!

  • Put the oatmeal, oat milk, protein powder, cottage cheese, baking powder and salt together in a blender and blend until you get a smooth batter.
  • Chop some of the chocolate into small pieces and add them to your batter along with the raspberries and gently stir to combine.
  • Scoop the batter into a baking dish.
  • Bake the oats in the airfryer/oven for 10-12 minutes at 175 degrees.
  • Top your baked oats with extra raspberry and chocolate.
