Craving something sweet and a little nostalic? These Chocolate Caramel Cups are your new go-to treat! With a rich chocolate shell and gooey caramel center, they're like a little bite of heaven. Perfect for sharing - or not! 😋
 

Ingredients

Ingredients biscuit

  • 20 grams flour
  • 120 grams almond powder
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 3 tbsp mable syrup

Ingredients caramel

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp mable sirup
  • A pinch of salt

Let's get started!

  • Mix all the ingredients for the biscuit and place the dough in baking tins and bake for 15 minutes at 170 degrees Celcius
  • Mix all the ingredients for the caramel.
  • Once the biscuits have cooled, place a layer of caramel and a layer of melted Rice Milk Chocolate on top.

Tip: Sprinkle the chocolate layer with some sea salt to get an extra boost in flavours.
