Chocolate Rice Crisps

Summer is coming and that means it's time for yummy snacks! And these Chocolate Rice Crips are the best snack ever! They're so tasty and easy to make and they instantly melt in your mouth! 😋🍫
Ingredients
- 100 grams FOODIES-PLANET® 72% Dark Chocolate
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 8 Rice cakes
Let's get started
- Break the chocolate into pieces, put together with the coconut oil in a heatproof bowl and melt au bain-marie. Stir well.
- Dip the rice cakes in the melted chocolate along both sides. Then place them on a board or on baking paper.
- Let the chocolate rice cakes cool in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
