Double Chocolate Brownies

Craving a delicious treat? These brownies offer a perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors with a rich, chocolaty taste. Easy to make and absolutely irresistible, they're the perfect indulgence for any chocolate lover! 😇
Ingredients
- 100 grams FOODIES-PLANET® 72% Dark Chocolate
- 40 grams FOODIES-PLANET® Dark Chocolate with Almonds & Sea Salt
- 120 grams oat flour
- 50 grams flour
- 75 grams cacao powder
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 120 grams oil
- 60 grams agave syrup
- 100-120 ml vegan milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Let's get started!
- Mix the oat flour together with the flour, cacao powder, cinnamon and baking powder.
- Add the banana, oil, agave syrup and plant milk to the dry ingredients and mix to form a dough.
- Roughly chop the FOODIES-PLANET® 72% Dark Chocolate and fold in.
- Pour everything into a brownie tin.
- Spread the FOODIES-PLANET® Dark Chocolate with Almonds & Sea Salt on the batter an extra crunch and saltier flavour.
- Bake at 175°C for 18-20 minutes.
