Craving something sweet but you don't want to turn on the oven? This No-Bake Blueberry Chocolate Tartlet is your answer! It's sweet, satisfying, and oh-so-refreshing! It's perfect as a snack or even as breakfast. 💜🫐
Ingredients for 2 tartlets
- 100 grams melted FOODIES-PLANET® 72% Dark Chocolate
- 250 grams cooked rice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 100 grams blueberries
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Let's get started!
- Blend all the ingredients until a smooth batter is formed.
- Fill the tartlet forms with the batter and leave it to cool.
- Heat the blueberries with a little lemon juice and maple syrup. Optionally add a little water if necessary to make it cook for a few minutes.
- Garnish the chocolate tartlets with the blueberries.
