Overnight Oats

 
Kickstart your day with these overnight oats! So creamy, nutritious and oh so delicious to make! These overnight oats are the perfect breakfast! Whether you love dark chocolate or rice milk chocolate, you can perfectly pimp this recipe however you like! 😋🍫
 

Ingredients (for 1-2 people)

  • 30 grams FOODIES-PLANET® 72% Dark Chocolate
  • 80 grams oatmeal
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocao powder
  • 1 tbsp vegan protein powder
  • 150 grams vegan yoghurt
  • 100 ml vegan milk
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Let's get started

Make the overnight oats the night before

  • In a container you can cover, mix together all the ingredients: the oatmeal, banana, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, chia seeds, 50g of the vegetable yoghurt, the vegetable milk, cinnamon. It's best to do this in a bowl and mash the banana at the bottom.

  • Put the overnight oats in the fridge while you prepare the rest.

  • For the chocolate protein layer, mix the remaining 100g vegan yoghurt with the vegan protein powder and 1 tbsp cocoa powder.

  • Take two glasses and divide the overnight oats between them.

  • Then divide the chocolate protein layer over the two glasses.

  • Melt the dark chocolate and spread it over the overnight oats so they are completely covered. Place in the fridge overnight.

  • Take them out of the fridge in the morning, finish with some raspberries if desired and your breakfast is ready.
