Salted Chocolate Ice Cream with Almonds

Cool off on hot summer days with this irresistibly delicious vegan salted chocolate ice cream with almonds. It is deliciously sweet, crunchy and has a salty touch. It's simply perfect for any occasion! 🍨
Ingredients
- 75 gram FOODIES-PLANET® Dark Chocolate with Almonds & Sea Salt
- 500 gram vegan yoghurt (room temperature)
- Some maple syrup (optional)
- 1 coffee bean
Let's get started!
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl
- Add the vegan yoghurt to the melted chocolate and add some maple syrup to the mixture.
- Also mix the grated coffee bean into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker or place in the freezer until the ice cream forms. Stir occassionally.
