Chocolate muffins
These delicious vegan chocolate muffins are ideal to eat anytime. Both as a dessert and a tasty snack without putting much effort. You only need 30 minutes of preparation time and then you can enjoy the rich taste of these muffins.
Ingredients (for 9 muffins)
- 180 grams FOODIES-PLANET® Dark Chocolate
- 156 grams organic flour
- 150 grams of sugar
- 50 grams organic cocoa
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 240 grams of vegetable milk
- 110 ml vegetable oil
- 15 ml apple cider vinegar
Let’s get started!
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Grease the muffin tin or use paper forms
- In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients except the chocolate.
- Then gently mix the wet ingredients in the same bowl.
- After this, spread the chunks of chocolate throughout the dough.
- Divide the dough among the muffin forms.
- Bake the dough for about 25 minutes. Check by using a toothpick if the dough sticks. If the dough no longer sticks to the toothpick, it is ready.
- Let the muffins cool before removing them from the forms.
