Chocolate muffins

These delicious vegan chocolate muffins are ideal to eat anytime. Both as a dessert and a tasty snack without putting much effort. You only need 30 minutes of preparation time and then you can enjoy the rich taste of these muffins.

Ingredients (for 9 muffins)

  • 180 grams FOODIES-PLANET® Dark Chocolate
  • 156 grams organic flour
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 50 grams organic cocoa
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 240 grams of vegetable milk
  • 110 ml vegetable oil
  • 15 ml apple cider vinegar

Let’s get started!

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  • Grease the muffin tin or use paper forms
  • In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients except the chocolate.
  • Then gently mix the wet ingredients in the same bowl.
  • After this, spread the chunks of chocolate throughout the dough.
  • Divide the dough among the muffin forms.
  • Bake the dough for about 25 minutes. Check by using a toothpick if the dough sticks. If the dough no longer sticks to the toothpick, it is ready.
  • Let the muffins cool before removing them from the forms.
